Wednesday Pea Soup with the left over bread from last week’s soup
Thursday a butterflied pork joint we got reduced in Waitrose with vegetables.
Friday Out to Ping Pong Dim Sum as I won a free dinner
Saturday We are going to our local farmers market to get the perfect pre race dinner for me and probably a bunch of cheese and other yums!
Sunday I am RUNNING my first 10K! Lunch will be a post run carb fest, Dinner will be leftover mango and bean bake from last week
